  I have had my handbag repaired here, boots repaired, and keys cut there and bought mysrlf some pretty cute Birkenstocks, and find their prices very reasonable. I have always been more than happy with the outstanding work and friendly service, and to be honest, I wonder how anyone can put in the time and effort to repair something for such little money! I suppose i see the value in repairing rather than throwing it away and buying a new $350 handbag!
  
  So im not sure why anyone would be upset with a repair being over priced when a quote is given first. Ive never been unhappy with a job done there so I have never personally had to take advantage of the workmanship gaurantee, but considering how friendly they are, I would have no hesitation in mentioning it to them if i was ever not satisfied. But there lies the problem with social media. Instead of getting an issue resolved like the good old days, its easier to complain online- which really benefits nobody!
  Thanks Heels-ville Shoe Repairs for the time and effort you put in to my repairs and for my Birkenstocks. you guys rock!
